Orphanage
It very sad and painful to see babies left alone. Every day around the world there is a child aiding for help. Sometimes is very difficult to understand the life's of others. It hurts so much to see some of these abandoned cases. Many of these children seen on the road are going to be somebody in the future. Without the help of people, these kids would die in hunger. There is a purpose for these orphans being on this earth and we should help them. UNICEF estimates that more than 8 million orphaned children are institutionalized. Many of them live in orphanages with deplorable conditions, where their most basic needs are not met. The children are often hungry, scared, confused and lonely.
While working on various projects, we came across manyorphanages and orphans at various places. After spending time with these children, we simply could not turn our eyes and hearts aside. The children ranged from ages 3 to 14, and there wasn't a parent or guardian in sight. They were completely alone. These children had no families, no proper clothing, and no sense of stability whatsoever. They needed a place to call home.
These kids could also be adopted because they also need a life and somewhere to rest their heads on. The little money we give to the poor could also be used in helping these children. Food, clothing, and shelter would be provided for these children with our help. The little we give out could also build schools and playground for these children. They might not know who their parents are, but they need to enjoy life. The children would grow in faith and also learn about the world. Who knows the future? These children could become doctors, engineers, teachers and even more. Let come together and help. Life is precious and we would found peace doing these good deeds.
What we do
We, at Aakanksha Foundation, provide a helping hand to orphanage homes by supporting them in various platforms by taking care of them, providing food and other things, helping them in providing good education, by supporting them in building permanent homes, by giving awareness programs, taking care of their health by providing medical camps, distributing cloths, books and stationery, playing kits etc., whenever the requirement is there. We take care of all the needs of all the orphans by rendering a helping hand to the Orphanages.
Taking care of these children, counseling them and helping them to get admitted in schools and other tasks posed a serious issue. We request all to use this opportunity to support the abandoned and orphaned children cause and express your solidarity for the neglected children care and show your love and affection for fellow humans.
